Hello, world — the AIRP blog is live
Welcome to the AIRP blog.
We’ve been building AIRP for a few years now — first inside a single iter-idea-built solution, then as a standalone product. Along the way, we’ve talked to plant managers in Reggio Emilia, head nurses in Modena, planners in Edinburgh, and engineers in the US Midwest. Every conversation has reinforced one thing: the way most organisations schedule today is broken in remarkably similar ways, no matter the sector or the size.
This blog is where we’ll write that down.
What you’ll find here
- Field reports: short notes on what we see in customer environments — what works, what fails, what surprises us.
- Product deep-dives: how AIRP solves specific operations problems, with screenshots, constraints and the trade-offs behind the algorithm choices.
- Longer reads: pieces on AI agents in operations, the economics of resource planning, and the gap between “scheduling SaaS” and “actually building schedules that an organisation can live with”.
What you won’t find here
Marketing fluff. Generic AI think-pieces. Listicles.
We’re a small team building something specific. The blog reflects that.

Use the RSS feed — old-school, but it’s our preferred way to read the internet, so it’s also the one we maintain.
If you want to talk about your own scheduling problem, the contact form is on the home page. We read every submission.
Thanks for being here. More soon.
